A trailer means paperwork, storage space and another set of wheels to maintain. A ZG-HELPLIFT hitch carrier turns the receiver you already have into a proper loading platform, so a single vehicle can move a rider and a motorcycle to the trailhead, the track or the campsite.
The carrier mounts to the rear of the vehicle on a standard 2" hitch receiver. Slide it in, lock it down, fold out the ramp and roll the bike on. No drilling, no permanent modification, and nothing to store in the off-season.
When the bike is off, the platform stays useful — on camper vans, motorhomes and lifted vehicles it works as a rear step for reaching the back doors.
Every detail on this carrier exists to make loading, securing and unloading a motorcycle a job you can finish alone.
A wide, diamond-plate ramp folds out from the carrier and locks into place, giving you a grippy runway to roll the bike up. When you're loaded, it folds back flat against the frame — it stays with the rack instead of bouncing around in your trunk.
A U-shaped hoop cradles the front tire while a multi-position upright lets you set the chock height and depth to suit your bike. A stop plate behind the wheel keeps it from creeping forward on the road.
The cut-out deck pattern bites into boots and tires for traction in the rain and mud, drains water straight through instead of pooling on the surface, and trims weight off the assembly.
Welded anchor points let you run a proper four-point strap pattern — front and rear, both sides. Loads stay put under braking and over broken pavement.
A drilled mounting plate with multiple fixing positions lets you set the carrier's depth and angle to clear bumpers, spare wheels and tailgates on different vehicles.
Heavy-gauge carbon steel tube, welded and finished in a black powder coat that resists rust, road salt and UV fading. Built to be left outside and used for years.
Loading a bike alone used to mean finding a friend and a steep driveway. This carrier ships with its own fold-down ramp, hinged to the frame on a quick-release pin — pull the pin and the ramp comes off for storage, or swings up against the carrier when you're rolling.
The diamond-plate surface grips wet tires, and the ramp width is built for a rider walking a bike up rather than carrying it.
The front wheel drops into the chock and the stop plate takes the forward load, so your straps are holding the bike steady rather than fighting to keep it from rolling out. From there, anchor points on both sides let you pull a balanced four-point pattern.
On the vehicle side, a drilled mounting plate and lock-down hardware let you tighten the carrier against the receiver so it tracks straight and quiet at highway speed.
On motorhomes, camper vans and lifted trucks, the back doors sit high — and there's rarely anywhere to put your foot. The carrier's platform is rigid enough to stand on, giving you a stable step for reaching into the back or climbing in and out.
It's the kind of feature you only miss when you don't have it, and it's why so many of our carriers stay on the vehicle even on days without a bike.
This carrier is produced in more than one version so it can match different hitch setups and vehicle types. Tell us what you drive and what you're carrying, and we'll point you to the right one — or build to your spec.
ZG-HELPLIFT designs and builds vehicle carrier systems in our own workshop. Cutting, forming, welding, coating and assembly all happen in-house, which means we control the quality of the joints, the finish and the fit — and we can move quickly on custom work.
We supply distributors, outdoor brands and retailers, and we handle OEM and ODM projects: custom dimensions, branding, packaging and private-label programs.
