Lifting Platform Series

THE PROBLEM

Everything moves when you drive

An empty trunk is not short of space — it is short of fixed positions. Anything without a home slides on corners, knocks into its neighbours on rough roads, and rattles the whole way.

So every trip ends the same way: unpacking everything, sorting it out, and packing it again. And nothing you carry is any the safer for it.

A boot is only organised when each item has somewhere it belongs.

Loose items sliding around an unorganised car boot during driving
Loose loads shift on corners, collide on bumps, and have to be re-packed every trip
THE SOLUTION

A floor that grips, and blocks that hold

Modular Cabin System turns the floor of your cargo area into a grid you can build on. Panels lock together by hand to form the base; plugs, blocks and adjustable arms clip into the reserved slots above them. Put a box down against a corner block, a bottle against an arc head, a tool case between two face blocks — and it stays there.

01

Lay the panels

Snap 300 × 300 mm base panels together into a grid that suits your space. Twin latch edges meet twin slot edges — they press together by hand, and no tools are needed.

02

Clip in the modules

Push plugs into the slots to build holding points. Add corner blocks, face blocks, slot blocks, point blocks or adjustable arms wherever your items need support. Everything is push-fit and repositionable.

03

Place and go

Set your case, crate, bottle or box into position. Change the layout whenever your load changes — pull the modules out and rebuild in a different arrangement.

THE MODULES

One system, a full set of parts

Panels form the base. Plugs create the holding points. Blocks, arms and interchangeable heads adapt those points to the shape of whatever you are carrying — square corners, flat faces, curved containers or the full height of a crate.

WHY IT WORKS

Six things you notice the first time you use it

01

No tools, no drilling

Panels press together by hand and modules push into the slots. Nothing is screwed, bolted or glued to your vehicle, so nothing is left behind if you sell it.

02

Rebuild it any time

Change the layout for a camping trip, a tool run or a grocery shop. Pull the modules, reposition them, press them back in.

03

Anti-slip and anti-roll

The raised grid grips the load while the blocks stop it rolling. Cases stay square in the bay; bottles and drums stop wandering.

04

Adapts to the shape

Interchangeable heads cover square corners, flat panels and curved containers, and the adjustable arms let you dial in the exact gap or brace.

05

Removable and washable

Lift the panels out to shake them off or hose them down. Dirt, grit and spills do not have to live in your trunk forever.

06

Stows flat when unused

When you need the full bay back, the panels come apart and stack flat for compact storage.

LAYOUT GUIDE

Two ways to cover the floor

OPTION 1

No-cut assembly

Lay whole panels in a grid. There may be a small gap at the edges of an irregular floor, and it has no effect on normal use. Ideal if you want to move the system between vehicles.

OPTION 2

Full-coverage assembly

Trim the outermost panels to follow the contour of your floor for a complete finish. The panels can be cut to shape, so measure your vehicle first and plan the grid around the cuts.

Panel quantities and cutting ranges depend on the measured dimensions of your vehicle. Tell us your make, model and the area you want covered, and we will work out the panel count with you.

FITTING TIP

Lay it once, in the right direction

Every panel has two latch edges and two slot edges. With the front of the vehicle as forward, lay all panels the same way round: slot edges towards the rear of the vehicle and to the left-hand side, latch edges towards the front and the right-hand side.

Get that orientation right and the assembly works in your favour — when you lift the finished panel from the rear of the vehicle, the panels' own weight presses the latches deeper into the slots instead of pulling them apart.

Important — how this system is designed to be used

Modular Cabin System is an organisation, positioning and auxiliary-fixing product. It does not increase the load your vehicle is rated to carry, and it does not replace your vehicle's original anchor points or straps.

For heavy items, items with a high centre of gravity, or when driving over rough ground, always secure the load with the vehicle's original anchor points and suitable straps in addition to the modules.

Colours are shown for illustration and may vary slightly between production batches.
